Sebago Brewing plans to open its new tasting room on Lower Main Street in early March. According to the company’s blog, the tasting room will feature a wood fired oven and a full service open kitchen with pizza, creative sandwiches and unique entrees, all focused on locally sourced ingredients. The menu will be beer centered and will change frequently. There will be 16 taps and they will rotate in the latest offerings from their pilot brewhouse. The brewery will also have regional distilled spirits and select wines available. Sebago Brewing will be open for tours and dining seven days a week.
