A Revision in the Home Occupations Standards to add provisions for roadside stands was approved with 6 ayes, 1 absent (Benson).
A proposal for a University of Maine Art Building, to construct a 3-story, 34,650-square-foot building and associated infrastructure at the corner of School Street and Campus Avenue was approved (6 ayes, 1 absent).
A proposal for a Master Site Development Plan for Mitchell Woods Condominiums to create a master plan to construct 30 units of multifamily housing with associated infrastructure on County Road, zoned South Gorham Commercial Corridor. The board moved to postpone master plan approval pending responses to remaining issues and revisions to the plans. (6 ayes,1 absent).
Approval for a Preliminary Subdivision and Site Plan for Mitchell Woods Condominiums proposal to construct 30 units of multifamily housing with associated infrastructure on County Road pending responses to remaining issues and revisions to the plans. (6 ayes, 1 absent)
Discussion of Sketch Plan Review for 92 Day Road Subdivision removed from agenda at request of the applicant.
A Private Way Amendment proposed by Keira Duffy and Alix Kreder to dissolve a recorded private way on Tuscan Way to be replaced by a back lot driveway was approved (6 ayes, 1 absent)
A Subdivision Amendment proposed by Ali Omur and Carmen Schneider to amend an existing subdivision to create two additional lots at 79 Day Road was referred to the next available consent agenda. (6 ayes, 1 absent)
