Sgt. Hinkley joined the Gorham Police Department in October 2015 and has been assigned to the Patrol Division. He holds an associate degree from Southern Maine Community College and is a drug recognition expert, field training officer and a member of the Cumberland County ESU team. Sgt. Hinkley will be assigned to the midnight patrol shifts.
