In the only action at the Aug. 4 meeting, the Gorham Planning Board voted to approve the final subdivision and site plan for the Stargazer Subdivision and South Gorham Crossing Condominiums on Blue Ledge Road, within a Contract Zone and South Gorham Commercial Corridor (5 ayes, Walsh, Delaney absent.) The project includes 12 age-restricted single family dwelling units and two mixed -use commercial buildings. In a separate vote (4 ayes,1 nay, Hager) they waved off-site sidewalk requirements for the project to pay in lieu fee.
