Saito Kitchen sign inside the restaurant on School Street

Saito Kitchen, a Japanese and Chinese restaurant, located at 14 School Street, has received a warm welcome to Gorham. Aaron Chen was happy to report that the opening has been fantastic. He said, “The community, including the university crowd, has been incredibly welcoming. We’ve received positive feedback from our patrons. We are grateful for the support and enthusiasm shown by our customers.”

When asked why Gorham was chosen he said, “We chose Gorham as our location due to its vibrant community and our belief that it was the perfect place to share our passion for Chinese cuisine and sushi with the local residents. We also saw a great opportunity to offer diverse dining experiences in this welcoming town.”

When asked how it is that you have both Chinese cuisine and sushi Aaron explained, “Our team has extensive culinary backgrounds, with experience in both Chinese and Japanese cuisines. Our goal was to blend these two rich culinary traditions to create a unique dining experience at Saito Kitchen. This fusion allows us to offer a diverse menu that caters to a wide range of tastes, including gluten-free and vegetarian options. We also have a selection of Thai dishes to add more variety to our offerings.”

The restaurant is mostly focused on takeout, but they have a couple of seating spots if you want to dine in. Parking is available behind the restaurant.
