On June 25, a Special Meeting of the Gorham School Committee was called to order by Assistant Chair. Nicole Yeo Fisher. Five members were present.
The committee voted to add an additional .5 Modern Languages Teacher at Gorham High School for one year. Mr. Jandreau, GHS Principal noted that an additional 45 students had elected a Language class and that this could not be covered by GHS staff and other options such as USM. Mrs Perry reported that this would not have budget implications but that if continued for more than one year, it would need to be added into the 2026-2027 budget. This was approved by a 5-0 vote.

The committee voted 5-0 to approve the 4 year lease agreement with Apple for elementary devices which had been previously approved as part of the budget process.

The committee by a 5-0 vote approved the bids on the Narragansett and Great Falls HVAC projects to be done this summer.

The School Committee then went into Executive Session.
